Orders typically ship within 5 business days and arrive within 8–10 business days of ordering, depending on carrier and location.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

How are the hoodies printed?

Our designs are printed using DTG (direct-to-garment) printing on premium heavyweight hoodies.

Each piece is printed in the USA when you order—no mass piles of inventory, just intentional production.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We don’t accept returns, but we do offer exchanges.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • You can exchange for another size or a similar hoodie of equal value

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each hoodie is printed to order, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.

If you emailed us quickly at hello@hoodiestandard.com, we’ll do our best to help—but please assume your order will move straight into production.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

Email hello@hoodiestandard.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review and make it right as quickly as possible.

How do your hoodies fit?

Hoodie Standard uses a unisex, relaxed fit:

  • True to size for a slightly relaxed, everyday fit

  • Size up if you like it extra oversized

  • Size down if you prefer a more tailored look

How should I care for my hoodie?

To keep your hoodie and print looking their best:

  • Turn inside out

  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle

  • Use mild detergent

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Do not bleach

  • Do not iron directly on the print
